Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 9, 2026. By purchasing or using any PurpScripts product, you agree to the following terms.
1. Digital goods, final sale
All purchases are non-refundable. PurpScripts products are digital goods delivered electronically. We keep proof of delivery and purchase history for every transaction. Once a license key is issued, the sale is considered final.
2. Account safety
PurpScripts is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd., RuneLite, Discord, or any RuneScape private server. We are not responsible for any bans, mutes, or enforcement actions taken against your game account. Use of third-party software is always at your own risk. While our tools maintain an under 1% ban rate, no tool can guarantee zero risk.
3. Your license
Each license key is tied to your hardware ID (HWID). You are responsible for safeguarding your license key. PC wiping, spoofing, or hardware changes can void your key and require a new license or HWID reset purchase. Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email, Stripe receipt) in case you need to verify ownership.
4. License duration
Licenses are available in 35-day, 70-day, 105-day, and lifetime terms. Timed licenses expire at the end of their period and do not auto-renew. Lifetime licenses are valid indefinitely and are limited in quantity. All licenses include access to updates released during the license period.
5. Support & Discord roles
Product delivery, setup support, and community access are provided through the PurpScripts Discord server. If you leave the Discord, your roles and access are removed. You can rejoin and show proof of purchase to restore access at any time. VIP Setup & Assist is a separate paid add-on and is not included with standard licenses.
6. Changes to terms
PurpScripts reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server.
